Ingredients: Keto Sweet Blend (erythritol and stevia), Prebiotic Fiber, Cocoa Powder*, Coconut Flour*, Almond Flour, Sweet Lupine Flour, Konjac Fiber, Baking Soda, Salt.

RECIPE :
- Melt 100g of butter over low heat, remove from heat and add 65g of water.
- Add butter mixture to KETO COOKIE MIX
- Then add 3 eggs (previously left at room temperature) one by one, mixing with a mixer after each egg, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Do not beat the preparation too much!
- Line a 20/20cm or 18/22cm mold with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15-17 minutes
- Warning: it is better to have a brownie that is not overcooked so that it is not dry.
- After cooling, divide into 9 portions, then store in the refrigerator.
- We advise you to consume it the next day.
PREPARATION TIPS:
- If in doubt about the cooking time, it is better to leave it slightly raw than to overcook it!
- For cooking, you need a 20x20cm or 18x22cm mold. If you don't have one, you can use a smaller one, but not a bigger one, as the brownie might overcook.
- If you cook in a glass container, as soon as you take it out of the oven: immediately remove it from the container with the paper.
