- What is the best way to store chocolate bars?

Store chocolate bars away from strong odors, in a cool, dry place.

 - Can I store chocolate bars in the refrigerator?

The ideal storage temperature for chocolate is between 17 and 19°C. So refrigerators are therefore not suitable for storing chocolate due to their high humidity, which can lead to chocolate bleaching.

- What is the shelf life of our chocolate bars?

Please refer to the “Best before” notice printed on the packaging.

 

- Is online payment secure?

- What payment methods can I use?

You can order by Paypal, Apple Pay  and by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

 

 - How to place an order on the website?

You can place an order by adding the desired product to your cart and then proceed to payment.

- What are the delivery times for Metropolitan France?

Order processing times 24/48 hours. Delivery 2 to 4 working days after order processing.

 

- I received a wrong product?

We regret that you have not yet received the products you ordered. To resolve this situation as soon as possible, could you please provide us with a photo of the products you actually received? Please send us this photo by email. This will allow us to identify the source of the problem and take necessary action. We will then ensure that you receive the correct products as quickly as possible.

- What should I do if there are missing items in my order?

If an item is missing although it is mentioned on your delivery slip, please contact us at contact@cremeeetnoisette.fr. We will take care of your request without delay.

-How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery costs may vary depending on country, total order amount and loyalty status. Before proceeding to payment, you can check the precise amount of delivery costs in your shopping cart. Otherwise, go to the page at the bottom of our site “Delivery information”.

- Can we modify an order after validation?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify a product in an order already placed. However, you have two options: Cancel your order or Place a new order.

- How can I cancel my order?

Simply contact us during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., using the telephone number indicated on our site. To cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of confirmation and be sure to provide your order number. If you wish to cancel after this time and the tracking link for your order has already been created, unfortunately it will be too late. In this case, you have the option to refuse delivery of the package, which will result in it being returned to our warehouse. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the package at our premises. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance.
