Our goal was to create a healthy liquid chocolate that is indistinguishable from classic chocolates. We believe we have achieved this because the product is very balanced, has excellent texture and taste, and does not feel like a sweetener or "sugar-free" product.
To create a low-glycemic, low-calorie product, it was important to avoid sugar. The product contains maltitol and stevia, which allows us to obtain the most natural sweet taste possible.
Pumpkin protein. Adding pumpkin protein at a total content of 19% achieves the best balance between taste and functionality.
Cocoa. We use two types of cocoa because each has different characteristics. One adds flavor and aroma, the other adds density and color.
Fibers. Creamella has a high prebiotic fiber content.
