This is a vegan dark chocolate, made from cocoa beans and sweetened with erythritol. The blanched hazelnuts that go into its composition and those that are sprinkled on the block itself, in combination with top quality pecans, make it soft and sweet, for a more pleasant experience. The combination of the two types of nuts and cinnamon gives it a tangible woody aroma and taste, which harmonizes perfectly with the dense character of artisanal chocolate. It is long in the mouth and aftertaste.
