Our goal was to create a healthy liquid chocolate that is indistinguishable from classic chocolates. We believe we have achieved this because the product is very balanced, has excellent texture and taste, and does not feel like a sweetener or "sugar-free" product.
No added sugar. To create a low-glycemic, low-calorie product, it was important to avoid sugar. The product contains maltitol, stevia, which allows us to achieve the most natural sweet taste possible.
Adding protein at a total content of 20% achieves the best balance between taste and functionality.
