It contains more than 95% less assimilable carbohydrates compared to store-bought sweet rhubarb jam and is therefore ideally suited to the Low-carb & ketogenic diet. It is low in calories, vegan and without flavors.
Fruity and sweet, but like everything with us, naturally without added sugar. We sweeten exclusively with erythritol. Erythritol has no assimilable carbohydrates and our fruit spreads therefore have even fewer assimilable carbohydrates than the fruits they contain - while retaining their taste.
