Preparation method :
1. Pour about 20 ml of liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mixture. Stir well until the pudding mix is dissolved in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated griddle and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce heat to low. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and eat it hot or cold. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
