Ingredients : Erythritol (sweetener), flour almond, carrot powder, chicory root fiber, organic coconut flour, whey protein (milk, sunflower lecithin), gluten-free baking powder (mono-calcium phosphate, rice flour, sodium bicarbonate), organic Ceylon cinnamon powder, ground nutmeg, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum, extract of stevia (sweetener).

Preparation :
Simply add butter, 3 eggs and 1 tbsp water - mix and spread evenly into a baking pan (or spoon into cube molds if you like). This keto cake mix makes approximately 12 slices, each slice of carrot cake contains 1.7g net carbs (including eggs and butter when baking).
