Our goal was to create a healthy protein cream that is indistinguishable from standard creams. We believe we have achieved this because the product is very balanced, has excellent texture and taste, and does not feel like a sweetener or "sugar-free" product.
To create a low-glycemic, low-calorie product, it was important to avoid sugar. The product contains maltitol and stevia, which allows us to obtain the most natural sweet taste possible.
Adding protein at a total content of 20% achieves the best balance between taste and functionality.
