The chocolate pudding recipe consists of a few carefully selected ingredients, the main one being Peruvian cocoa. Plus, the chocolate pudding mix is free of gluten, dairy, and artificial flavors. Its natural composition makes it perfect for young children.

The chocolate pudding mix is unsweetened, allowing you to choose which sweetener to add. We suggest agave syrup, erythritol, powdered dates, etc.

Preparation method :

1. Pour about 20 ml of liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mixture. Stir well until the pudding mix is dissolved in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated griddle and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce heat to low. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and eat it hot or cold. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
